Hotel Locarno Nice

The location is great, definitelly. But who could enjoy it when their room was, oh, so filthy? Ants crawling around, really? I almost thought they were complimentary! And can someone explain the utter lack of basic hygiene? A fignernail found on the floor was the cherry on top. Where's my upgrade for all this hassle?

The room featured a spacious balcony, and the bathroom had contemporary fixtures with a large walk-in shower. I appreciated the provided kettle and coffee machine.

The air conditioning was less than effective, causing the room to feel warm, especially at night. I also found the patio door rattled loudly, particularly bothersome in the quieter hours of the evening. The carpet seemed a bit worn, carrying some dust that could be seen when I bent down, and the toiletries felt too basic, lacking separate shampoo and conditioner, which anyone swimming in the ocean would notice a lot. Finally, not having many restaurants nearby made spontaneous dining out a bit of a trek.

The staff were super friendly and really went out of their way to helptjie. Brekkie was lekker, especially those croissants! Location was deffs on point, so close to the beach and shops!

Loved the friendly staff, felt so welcomed when i got there. The breakfast was super tasty with loads of options, and the room was always clean. The location was spot on, super close to the beach and tram! My birthday celebration was made extra special by the staff, they really care!

The walls are kinda thin, you can hear your neighbors, a lil annoying. Some nights it got a bit noisy in the hallway.

The stay was really enjoyable. The proximity to the beach and tram station was ideal for leisurely strolls and easy transportation. I particularly loved that the hotel provided beach towels, mats, and umbrellas, which made beach days hassle-free. The breakfast offered a great variety, from pastries to hot items, making mornings delightful.

The location was fantastic, only a short walk to the beach. We enjoyed the breakfast options, especially the croissants and fresh fruits. With one baby in tow.

In my wife's opinion, more play areas for little ones would be great.

Location rocked with just a quick walk to the Promenade des Anglais and beach. Loved the ability to grab beach towels and umbrellas for free. Made my beach days super easy. Breakfast offered an array of fresh pastries, meats, and eggs that were good. Room had a charming balcony, but it was on the small side. Sound insulation could be better. Heard folks in the hallway, annoying sometimes. The staff were helpful and friendly, always ready with good advice. Lift had its moments, working when it reminded me of it, but it didn't cause too much of an issue.

Free wifi was useless, but staff were very helpful with luggage storage. Rooms have air conditioning.
